Thank you for choosing Limoir for your transportation needs. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before making a reservation:

Reservations and Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or via our customer service hotline. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the reservation is finalized.

Cancellation and Changes

We understand that plans may change. To cancel or modify a reservation, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Additional Fees

Any additional services requested during the journey that were not included in the original reservation may incur extra charges. This includes unplanned stops, extended travel time, or special requests.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

No Shows

If you do not meet your chauffeur at the designated pickup location and fail to inform us, it will be considered a “no show,” and no refund will be issued.

Damages

Any damages caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) during the journey will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting.

Safety and Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Force Majeure

Limoir is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

Rest assured, your payments are securely processed with PayPal, ensuring utmost safety. With every transaction, trust that PayPal handles your payments with the highest level of security.
